Communicating for a change

To develop high performing teams and individuals, using ????

As Edward de Bono said:

Intelligence is something we are born with. Thinking is a skill that must be learned.

W
hy bother learning about thinking?                           brain

Developing your thinking style will:

  • make you more successful at work

  • help you develop greater self-awareness and independence as a

     learner.

There are no right or wrong ways to think. Its just that some strategies are quicker, more successful and effective than others. With the current pace of change and time pressures at work, thinking effectively and appropriately is essential to achieving your goals.

Its your thinking style, combined with your skills, knowledge and attitude that make you unique. Once you can appreciate the different ways in which people prefer to think and communicate then you can choose which strategies to use to get more of what you want.

What does this workout look like?

This type of workout can be designed to suit any development need that involves interaction with others e.g. communication, team working, interpersonal skills, leadership, management, sales etc.

          - Any situation where communicating and excelling at what you do is important.

          - Any situation where results are important.

The model we will use to measure your thinking likes and dislikes and the degree to which you think flexibly is Thinking Styles.

If its a workout for your team, we will use the team model, based on Thinking Styles, known as Cognitive Team Roles.

The workout, like all our events, will use accelerated learning techniques to maximise our time together and keep retention of learning high.

Instead of a group workout, you can have a personal workout your individual Thinking Styles Profile & Report with 1:1 coaching, either face-to-face or over the telephone.
