What are the main principles you use in your training?
All our training workouts are "brain friendly" [i.e. designed to make learning more easily transferable, enjoyable and longer lasting] and are run in a Thinking Environment. Specifically, we use accelerated learning techniques to improve the speed and effectiveness of learning. Some of our content is drawn from Neuro Linguistic Programming and incorporates the use of occupational psychometric development tools, where appropriate.

Do you run open courses?
No. We offer tailor made programmes, to meet specific needs and criteria, in the form of a 'training workout', for teams and groups in organisations. This way, we can guarantee that learning is relevant to meet the desired outcomes.

Do you use PowerPoint in your sessions?
Rarely in our training sessions, sometimes in our presentations to clients. PowerPoint can be a great tool to support the learning process. We prefer to use more interactive and flexible tools which engage the learners, more actively.

Where do you run your training programmes...and are they residential?
It depends. For workouts, most of the time the venue is arranged by the client, so we come to you and work on your site or at a venue of your choice. If you prefer we can organise a suitable venue.
For Thinking Partnership courses we tend to organise the venue and that's included in the cost per head. (exception - accommodation).
The decision about whether a programme is residential is up to you. We will make recommendations, depending upon the training.
